These terms govern your use of AiPix, an AI Agent-powered image and video creation service with AI Canvas, chat, asset storage, API and CLI. AiPix is currently an independently operated personal website, provided by its individual operator under the AiPix brand name. Contact the operator at [email protected]. The merchant responsible for a payment is identified at checkout and on your receipt.
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and be able to enter this agreement, or have valid parent or guardian authorization where permitted. Do not use the service if you cannot agree to these terms.
Keep your account and API tokens secure. You are responsible for actions you authorize through Web, CLI, API or Agent. An Agent may call generation tools, create assets and modify canvas elements within your request and granted permissions. Review prompts, references, model settings and applicable prices before submitting work. Report unauthorized access promptly.
You retain the rights you hold in your uploads and prompts. You grant AiPix a limited permission to process, store, transmit and display them as necessary to provide the requested service, including processing by selected AI and infrastructure providers.
You may use outputs personally or commercially to the extent you have the necessary rights and comply with applicable law, these terms and relevant model licenses. We do not guarantee that an AI output is unique, copyrightable, free of third-party rights or suitable for a particular purpose. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.
Obtain permission to use another person's image, voice or personal information. Do not create unlawful content, nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, deceptive impersonations, infringing material, fraudulent identity documents or content intended to facilitate harm. Do not bypass access controls, steal credentials, disrupt service or abuse free usage.
AI can alter faces, text, objects, sound or factual details. Review results before publishing or relying on them. ID-photo and portrait scenes are creative tools; AiPix does not guarantee acceptance by a passport authority, employer or other institution. We do not provide printing or professional legal advice.
AI Canvas does not mean unlimited storage, free generation or guaranteed availability. Model availability, upload limits and browser capabilities vary. Save and export important work. Local drafts are recovery aids and can be lost if browser data is cleared.
Credits are service usage units, not money, deposits or transferable financial assets. Packages are one-time purchases unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. The package, amount, currency, expiry and seller shown at checkout govern the purchase. Existing payment and usage records remain the basis for disputes.
Model products may have different SKUs for parameters such as resolution, duration and reasoning effort. Text generation is priced in Credits per million input plus output tokens; the current text rate is 0. Free text or browser image processing does not make separate paid image, video or Agent operations free. Changed rates apply prospectively as shown before a new charge, not retroactively to settled usage.
Failed or cancelled charged generation tasks use the service's Credits compensation process. Requests can be temporarily pending while a provider result or cancellation is reconciled. Repeated status checks or payment confirmations do not entitle either party to duplicate charges or duplicate Credits. Contact support with an order or task identifier if an adjustment is missing.
A successful generation that does not match subjective preferences is not automatically a technical failure. We will review documented defects and incorrect charges. Credits returned after a failed operation are distinct from a refund of a purchase.
For duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect payments, unavailable purchased services, or refund rights under applicable consumer law, contact [email protected]. We review unused Credits and the transaction history with the payment provider. Statutory withdrawal, refund and other mandatory consumer rights prevail over these terms; no blanket no-refund rule removes them. Used, promotional or expired Credits are not ordinarily redeemable for cash except where required by law or an approved refund.
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Models, payment, authentication and content sources are supplied in part by third parties. Their availability and applicable terms may affect a requested operation. News content is informational and may link to independent sources; verify material facts with the original source.
We may change features and models or suspend access to address security issues, abuse, legal obligations or operational failures. Where practicable, we will provide notice of material changes and a reasonable opportunity to retrieve work. These actions do not remove mandatory rights concerning paid services.
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Necessary transaction, security and legal records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. Clauses concerning accrued payments, rights, disputes and necessary retention survive termination.
The service is provided with reasonable care, subject to the AI and availability limitations described above. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections, fraud or intentional misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to mandatory consumer and other protections that apply to you.
Contact support first so we can investigate a dispute. Applicable mandatory consumer and data protection law, including protections in your country of habitual residence, continues to apply. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable local remedies.
The effective date appears above. We will publish updated terms and communicate material changes where required. A change requiring your express agreement takes effect only after that agreement.
