1. Services

AiPix provides online AI image generation services, including but not limited to ID photo generation, portrait generation, wedding photo generation, image processing, task history management, credit consumption, and related value-added features. We may update, modify, suspend, or expand service features, pricing, and service scope as our business evolves.

2. Accounts and Security

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering, logging in, or making payments;
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, verification codes, and devices;
  • If you suspect unauthorized access or other security issues, please contact us promptly;
  • We may take verification, restriction, suspension, or termination measures where reasonably necessary to protect users and platform security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, public order, or the lawful rights of others;
  • Upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, pornographic, violent, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content;
  • Impersonate others, submit false information, abuse promotions, or circumvent platform rules;
  • Attack, scrape, reverse engineer, crack, interfere with, overload, or otherwise harm the platform or its infrastructure;
  • Reproduce, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the service, code, outputs, or platform resources without authorization.

If you violate these rules, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, cancel orders, deny refunds, or take legal action where appropriate.

4. User Content and License

  • You are responsible for the images, text, prompts, and other materials you upload or submit, and you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use them;
  • You grant us the rights necessary to store, process, transmit, convert, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the service;
  • Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated, you may use generated outputs subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights;
  • If your uploaded content infringes third-party rights, you are solely responsible for the resulting consequences.

5. Fees, Credits, and Refunds

  • Certain features may require payment, purchased credits, or a subscription;
  • Pricing, plans, and promotional rules are subject to the payment page and official notices in effect at the time of purchase;
  • Used credits, successfully delivered outputs, and services explicitly marked as non-refundable are generally not eligible for refund;
  • If a service fails due to our system error, duplicate charging, or another fault attributable to us, you may contact support for resolution.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero latency, or error-free operation. Service availability may be affected by:

  • Maintenance, upgrades, migration, or third-party service disruptions;
  • Network failures, hardware failures, attacks, force majeure, or other events beyond our control;
  • Model limitations, generation failures, output variance, or results that do not fully match subjective expectations.

7. Intellectual Property

The website design, software code, trademarks, branding, text, technical solutions, and related platform materials are owned by AiPix or the relevant rights holders. No part may be copied, modified, distributed, sold, or reverse engineered without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, distortions, stylistic deviations, or differences from real-world expectations;
  • You are responsible for determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended use, especially for official, commercial, or high-risk scenarios;
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, loss-of-profit, or opportunity-related damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms based on business, legal, compliance, or operational requirements. Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective on the date indicated or upon publication. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the service. Continued use means you accept the changes.

We may also suspend or terminate access to the service if:

  • You violate these Terms or related platform rules;
  • Applicable law or regulatory requirements require us to do so;
  • Your account poses security risks, remains inactive for a prolonged period, or another reasonable basis exists.
